| 为筛选对储粮害虫具有应用潜力的植物源驱避活性化合物,采用滤纸双向选择法测定17种植物源化合物在4个浓度梯度下对3种主要储粮害虫锈赤扁谷盗、玉米象和赤拟谷盗成虫的驱避作用。结果表明,不同化合物对3种害虫的驱避效应存在明显差异,且总体呈现虫种特异性和浓度依赖性。对锈赤扁谷盗而言,芳樟醇在1 μL/mL时对其成虫驱避率最高,达94.37%,反式茴香烯在10-2 μL/mL以上时对其成虫驱避率不低于84.97%,肉桂醛在10-3 μL/mL时对其成虫驱避率亦达79.62%。对玉米象而言,芳樟醇在10-1 μL/mL时对其成虫驱避率达93.20%,双戊烯在10-3 μL/mL时对其成虫驱避率仍为78.45%。对赤拟谷盗而言,桉叶素在1 μL/mL时对其成虫驱避率最高,为97.90%;芳樟醇在10-3 μL/mL时对其成虫驱避率仍达69.57%。综合驱避率水平、低浓度保持效果和活性稳定性,芳樟醇、肉桂醛和双戊烯可作为储粮害虫植物源驱避剂开发的重点候选化合物,为后续复配筛选、缓释制剂构建及储粮场景应用提供理论依据。 |

| To screen plant-derived compounds with potential application as repellents against stored-product insects, the repellency of 17 plant-derived compounds at four concentrations was evaluated against adults of Cryptolestes ferrugineus, Sitophilus zeamais and Tribolium castaneum using a two-choice filter paper assay. The results showed that the repellent effects of different compounds varied markedly among the three insect species, generally showing species specificity and concentration dependence. For C. ferrugineus, linalool showed the highest repellency at 1 μL/mL, reaching 94.37%; trans-anethole maintained repellency above 84.97% at concentrations not lower than 10-2 μL/mL, and cinnamaldehyde also reached 79.62% at 10-3 μL/mL. For S. zeamais, linalool showed 93.20% repellency at 10-1 μL/mL, and dipentene still showed 78.45% repellency at 10-3 μL/mL. For T. castaneum, eucalyptol showed the highest repellency at 1 μL/mL, reaching 97.90%; linalool still showed 69.57% repellency at 10-3 μL/mL. Considering repellency level, persistence at low concentration and activity stability, linalool, cinnamaldehyde and dipentene can be regarded as key candidate compounds for developing plant-derived repellents against stored-product insects and may provide a theoretical basis for subsequent mixture screening, sustained-release formulation construction and application in grain-storage scenarios. |
